Annual Meetings
Ryerss Hunt By-Laws require the Board to hold an annual meeting of all homeowners. This annual meeting is usually held during the spring months at a location to be determined and announced.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting. Paper and electronic proxies are made available to those who cannot attend. All homeowners are encouraged to vote for officer elections each year. Minutes from previous annual meetings are available upon request.
Annual Dues
Annual due letters are mailed each spring and also sent electronically for homeowners registered on townsq. We again kindly remind all residents to submit their dues on time. Delayed payments result in increased costs for our community, which is why late fees are necessary to manage these additional expenses.

How to pay online:
Note: If you pay online via credit card or ACH a service fee will be charged to recoup the fees the community incurs by accepting online payments. ACH (online check) is a nominal fee of $3 while credit card is considerably higher.
- Login into your online account at https://app.townsq.io/login
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on the address you would like to pay for
- Click on ‘Make a payment’
- Follow the instructions for the type of payment method
How to setup Auto Pay
- Follow the instructions above and then click on ‘Manage AutoPays’
- Click on ‘Add a recurring payment’
- Enter in your start and end date. Please note that all AutoPays are run on the 5th day of
every month, so set your start date for any day before that - Select the type of AutoPay you want to setup
- Open Account Balance – This will pay any open balance on your account and will
process every month - Recurring charges – This will pay only the recurring assessments amount posted
by your HOA. The amounts will update if there are changes to the assessment
charges by the association. This will review your account every month for a
recurring charges and pull based on the assessment amount. - Fixed Amount – You can customize how much you want to send to the HOA, and
select the frequency which includes monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and
annually.
- Open Account Balance – This will pay any open balance on your account and will

- Confirm your AutoPay settings and Agree to the terms and conditions
